These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, and protection programmes provided by ARMEX Pro Security Services ("ARMEX Pro," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing this website or contracting any service offered by ARMEX Pro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
ARMEX Pro offers, but is not limited to, the following protection services within the jurisdiction of Jamaica:
All services are subject to availability, site assessment, and a signed service agreement issued separately from these Terms.
ARMEX Pro is licensed to provide private security services under the laws of Jamaica, including the Private Security Regulation Authority Act. Our armed officers are vetted and certified to carry firearms in accordance with the regulations of the Firearm Licensing Authority (FLA).
To ensure effective service delivery, the client agrees to:
Any quotation issued by ARMEX Pro is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. A signed service agreement, scope of work, and deposit (where applicable) are required prior to commencement.
While ARMEX Pro applies industry best practices and trained personnel to every engagement, no security service can guarantee absolute prevention of loss, theft, injury, or damage. To the fullest extent permitted by Jamaican law, ARMEX Pro's aggregate liability arising from any single incident shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in the three (3) months preceding the incident.
ARMEX Pro treats all client information, site details, threat assessments, and operational arrangements as strictly confidential. We will not disclose such information to any third party except as required by law or to coordinate with emergency responders.
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in that agreement. ARMEX Pro reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment, threats to officer safety, or any unlawful activity by the client.
All website content, branding, photographs, logos, and written materials are the intellectual property of ARMEX Pro Security Services and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or republished without prior written consent.
ARMEX Pro may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page along with the date of revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
